Assisting the InMotion division of Jaguar Landrover to take over the TFL Bike scheme from Barclays. The strategy was to be altruistic and create an icon for London (beside the bus and the tube).
Although favoured by TFL, the JLR Board decided to withdraw their bid very shortly before the final decision. Boris was not happy!
